Action pack for UTF8 Migration errors out

Introduction: As of v24, Automic Automation requires you to migrate the data in your existing (source) AE database to a new (destination) database configured for UTF-8 before you can start the regular upgrade process to v24. You can import the Action Pack to Automic Automation systems v12.3.9 HF2 (only) and from v21.0 4 onward.

Resolution:

As per Broadcom Development team, it has to be actual database, not database copy when running utf-8 pack.
